Introduction
A coupling is a device used to connect two shafts for the purpose of transmitting power, while permitting some degree of misalignment. On belt conveyor system, it is usually applied for connect the shafts between motor and speed reducer. It also called rigid coupling, include sleeve coupling, flange coupling, clap or split-muff coupling and tamped shaft coupling.
