Conveyor System
Introduction
Belt conveyor is one kind of conveying machine driven by friction between belt and rollers and drums. It is widely applied in metallurgy, mining, coal, ports , power plants, building materials, chemical industry , light industry, petroleum and other industries. It can be designed to horizontal and inclined, with features of heavy duty and long distance. To satisfy different production arrangement, it can be used in single, multiple or combined with other equipments to for a multi-functional transportation system.
Characteristics
1) Working Temperature: -20℃----+40℃,material temperature ≤ 60℃, if it is applied in high temperature environment, please us to use heat resistant belt.
2) Inclined angle: usually it is less than 20o, for big inclined angle, we can use cleat sidewall belt.
3) Conveying distance: max distance can be up to 3000meters.
4) Piling angle: 0°, 10°, 20°,30°, trough angle: 0°, 20°, 25°,30°, 40°, 45°.
