Introduction

Roller conveyor is suitable for conveying types of cartons, cases, bags, pallets, etc. Roller conveyor can be divided into dynamic roller line and non-powered roller line. According to the layout, there are horizontal transportation roller line, sloping transportation roller line and turning roller line.

Characteristics and Specifications

1.Inner width of roller line: 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 700mm,800mm,1000mm,1200mm; Turning radius of turning roller line: R300, R600,R900,R1200.

2.Roller diameter: Φ38, Φ50, Φ60, Φ76, Φ89.

3.Conveying speed: 0.5-30m/min.

4.Main Parts: driving roller, ground bracket, steel rack, motor and speed reducer or motorized drums.

5.Material: frame and bracket, carbon steel, stainless steel, and      aluminium alloy; roller: carbon steel with zinc plate or rubber coating, stainless steel.  

6.Driving way: single chain, double chain, O-belt, synchronous belt
